1. Order Processing

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and package weight. Free shipping for orders over 100 EUR in Romania and Bulgaria.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most European Union countries. For international orders, delivery time is 3-7 business days./n/nCustoms duties, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Package Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the courier's website or in the My Account section.
