Information about product returns

1. General Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation./n/nProducts must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must: - Be in its original sealed packaging/n- Not be opened or used/n- Be returned within 14 days/n- Be accompanied by the original invoice/n/nOpened or used products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: 1. Contact us at contact@biochainpeptide.com with your order number/n2. You will receive instructions and a return label/n3. Package the product securely/n4. Ship the package via the indicated courier/n5. Refund is processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refunds

Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the order. The refunded amount includes the product value but not the initial shipping costs./n/nProcessing time: 5-10 business days from receipt of returned products.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product./n/nIn these cases, we will fully cover return costs and ship a new product or process a complete refund.
