Information about product returns

1. General Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must: - Be in its original sealed packaging - Not be opened or used - Be returned within 14 days - Be accompanied by the original invoice Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: 1. Contact us at contact@biochainpeptide.com with your order number 2. You will receive instructions and a return label 3. Package the product securely 4. Ship the package via the indicated courier 5. Refund is processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refunds

Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the order. The refunded amount includes the product value but not the initial shipping costs. Processing time: 5-10 business days from receipt of returned products.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product. In these cases, we will fully cover return costs and ship a new product or process a complete refund.
